Recently, I bought a Browning BL-22 long Rifle and a Leopold VX Freedom 1.5-4X20 scope, both the rifle and the scope are simple. Wanted a mount that would not mar the rails on the rifle. The difficulty was finding a quality 3/8 mount. After searching the internet, I found the BKL-278, without really knowing the company, I took a chance that the mount was as described. After receiving the mount, the fit and finish is excellent, it fit the BL-22 and the scope perfectly. Very satisfied If you are looking for a short rise scope mount you will not be disappointed.
