| How much is my shipping? |

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. |
| When will my order ship? |

Please note that all orders placed are processed the following business day, as long as the product is in stock. After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. |
| Exchange/Refund Policy |

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in new condition along with its original packaging for a full product refund or exchange. Please contact our office at 877-255-2001 for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please include the RMA number along with a copy of your original invoice, a contact number, and an explanation for your return in the package. Failure to do so may result in a delay in the processing your exchange or refund.
We do not refund shipping charges. Items that have been used, not in the original packaging or otherwise not in new, saleable condition are subject to a minimum 15 percent (15%) restocking fee.
Attempts to change the apearance or function of any item you purchased from us will void the warranty and your right to return the item for a product refund.
Warranty Period:
Unless otherwise noted, all of our products have a minimum 1-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. |
